G-FLPI, '74 112A - Howard Freeman

G-FLPI is a 1974 112A and first registered as SE-FLP as the Scandanavian demonstration model, it was sold to the UK in 1979 and I became the proud owner in 1992. I have flown all over Europe with 2 trips to Israel and the Red Sea. A new interior in 2002, engine in 2004 and new paint in 2007 made quite a difference and I am still enjoying the "Commander" experience. An unfortunate accident in 2009 causing me to run off the runway with a consequent nose wheel collapse and resultant damage has caused me a lot of heart ache but fingers crossed and thanks to all the COG members for their invaluable help and engineers from Multiflight in Leeds I hope to be flying again soon.
